Annie began her yoga journey 13 years ago. Her practice started as a complement to long-distance running, and it gradually seeped into the rest of her life. She is so grateful for all the tools yoga gives us to improve the health of our bodies, our minds, our emotions, and our relationships with the world around us.
Annie practices and teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, and Alignment-style Yoga, gravitating toward classes that link the breath with fluid movement. Annie hopes to help students connect with their own inner wisdom, developing strong relationships with their bodies, minds, and souls. She emphasizes how the insights we gain during our yoga practice help us in our daily lives.
She completed a 260-hour yoga teacher training program in June 2015 through Yogamotion in Bozeman, Montana. She is so grateful for all of her yoga teachers, especially Nancy Ruby and Meg McCraken. Annie is a Yoga Alliance 200-hr registered yoga teacher.
