What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is known as the “science of life”. Originating more than 5000 years ago in India, Ayurveda is also known as the sister science of yoga.

Even though we are all humans and share the same physical attributes, each one of us is very different from the others in the eyes of Ayurveda.

Living in accordance with the universe by knowing your own unique constitution and where the imbalances lie, Ayurveda can help bring you better health, and a stronger sense of well-being and happiness.

Enhance your Life with Ayurveda!

Ayurveda Wellness Workshops

Join Raka for a series of workshops regarding how Ayurveda, the ancient Indian Science of Life, categorizes characteristics of the physical, mental, and energetic bodies of existence.

During each session you will better understand your own elemental constitution, the qualities and tendencies of each of these elements, and tools that can help to bring balance and support your body and mind and spirit.

We are each manifested from the 5 elements and experience existence through our 5 senses. Ayurveda teaches us that cleaning routines and daily self-loving practices help to heal, balance, and nourish us.

In this workshop with guest teacher Raka, explore various Ayurvedic tools and regular home care practices to nourish and support you. Love your body through all of your 5 senses!
