Yoga found Brittany at a time when her anxiety was at an all time high and she was looking for a way to reconnect with herself. An inner spark ignited after that first class. Brittany walked away feeling grounded and alive. She was hooked.
During class, Brittany aims to hold space for you to shed the layers bogging you down. You can laugh, you can cry, and if you’re feeling the music you can boogie down in your downward facing dog. Brittany believes her class is your class. Take what you need. Leave what you don’t.
When not teaching or practicing, you can find Brittany hanging at the dog park with her adopted shar-pei, canoeing, or simply getting lost in the woods.
Brittany completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in Madison, WI though Alex Pfieffer’s 21st Century Yoga on the Mat.
