Yoga helps us to deal with stress and uncertainty, coming together to practice gives us connection and community. And, of course, yoga strengthens our bodies, and benefits health and strong immunity.
~ Each class will have a maximum of 5 students per class at the studio. This allows for more than the 6 feet required indoor distancing. A HEPA filter with UV light sanitizer will run throughout class.
~Masks are required. We recommend a light clothed mask for easy breathing during your practice. We have disposable masks available for $1.
~Students are required to pre-register, and must cancel 1 hour prior to class. In the event the class is full, you may register for the waiting list.
~Clients must bring their own mat and props. We have mats, straps and blocks available for purchase. Please minimize or limit personal property brought into the studio.
~Weather permitting, the front door will remain propped open until class begins. Your guide will check you in upon arrival, and show you available spaces for your mat. All surfaces will be sanitized after all clients leave the studio.
~Classes will be led with verbal instruction only. No hands on assists will be offered at time.
~We’ve missed you and you’ve missed one another. Upon reunion, please express your “hello” and “until next time” with a Namaskar gesture: hands together at heart center….and a very big smile!!
