Rachel Stetenfeld is a 500 hr RYT, with an emphasis on Yin & Hatha from Trimurti Yoga in India. She began her journey with a 200 hour Vinyasa Flow training at Yandara Institute in Mexico.
Rachel refers to yoga as the one true love of her life, seeking to learn its depths of philosophy, meditation, movement, & life practice. She led 200 hr YTTs around Madison & Denver through Breathe for Change, & has taught at retreat centers around the U.S. & most recently in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Her teaching is grounded in presence, breath, fluid movement, & creating connections between teacher & student, students & students, & student to self.
When Rachel isn’t teaching, she’s studying & practicing at different ashrams & centers around the world or working her day job at DAIS. Please talk to her about your practice, your life, & yoga -- there is nothing she loves more!
