Join Valerie in this series designed to empower & enhance your relationship with your body & mind through the tools of breath, yoga & radical Health at Every Size. You will learn to explore your body through yoga practice, collaborative exercises & open dialogue & the exploration of vulnerability.

In this series, we will learn how to use breath to strengthen our practice & learn when & to practice with yoga props. By the completion of the series you will feel confident for wherever your practice takes you.

Prenatal Yoga
Celebrate your pregnancy & give your baby the gift of yoga — a relaxed mom!
​
Build strength & stamina while practicing concentration & breath control, both of which are invaluable tools during labor & birth. Yoga helps prepare the body for all of the changes it goes through during pregnancy & can be beneficial for every stage. It gives the ever-changing pregnant woman a tool for self-awareness & relaxation. Yoga can also can also help you alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy, such as nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain & sciatica.

The class includes a mixture of balancing, strengthening & stretching poses that are appropriate during pregnancy, emphasizing breathing & relaxation. Each class concludes with a guided meditation or birth story.
​
No yoga experience is necessary. Prenatal Yoga is taught by Kat, an experienced teacher & mother.

Events and Workshop Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations that up to 14 days from program date will be charged a $20 cancellation/administrative fee.
• Cancellations less than 14 days of program date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours or less of program date will not be refunded.
